Terms and Conditions

Every purchase from our website is backed up by our no- nonsense guarantee offering a full refund for goods returned in their original saleable condition.

If you need to return goods we promise it will be the easiest return ever - you won't even have to pay for the return postage

If you should receive faulty or damaged goods - or goods that should develop a fault (within 30 days of purchase) we will fully refund the purchase price.

We do not cover the goods that you have used your purchase in for example cameras etc which have become faulty - that really isn't our fault!

When returning any goods or contacting us please include correspondence from us to enable our customer service team to deal with your query as quickly as possible.


Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule
We have in stock 99% of the goods on this website at any one time. All stock items will usually be dispatched within 24 hours (1 working day)

Back Orders
If you decide to place a back order we will e-mail you as soon as possible to let you know the estimated time to delivery, this will allow you to make any alternative arrangements necessary.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT will be added at the rate applicable at the tax point date. Both inclusive and exclusive of VAT price is listed against each product

All transactions on this website are processed by Paypal.
The transactions are carried out using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), an encryption feature, preventing access to information being exchanged. Your card details are not stored anywhere on our server or in plain text on any of our systems. The details you enter will be transmitted directly to our PSP (Payment Service Provider).

Returns Policy
As part of our guarantee please note that under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm, you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 (seven) working days from the day after you receive your goods. It is our policy that all monies will be refunded on receipt of your returned goods. It is also our policy to ensure you are refunded within the following 7 (seven) days.
