Recent Customer Satisfaction Survey

We like to make sure that we are consistently providing customers with the service and value they have grown to expect from us and occasionally we under take some independent research to make sure this is the case.

We have over the last few years run two research surveys involving a cross section of customers - one in 2006 and more recently September/October 2008.
